If you have a question about a route, fares & passes, lost & found, etc. please call Topeka Metro Customer Service directly at 785-783-7000 during our regular business hours of Monday – Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The QSS Sales Windows are open until 6 p.m. on weekdays. NOTE: Effective May 14, 2022, the Customer Service sales windows will NOT be open on Saturdays.

QSS Lobby Hours
Monday - Friday – 6:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday – 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
*NOTE: As of May 14, 2022, Customer Service windows close at 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and are NOT open on Saturdays.

Bus Operating Hours
Monday through Friday – 5:35 a.m. to 6:40 p.m.
Saturday – 8:15 p.m. to 6:40 p.m.
NOTE: Some routes may start later or earlier than the times listed. The Lift Service operates the same days and times as the fixed route service. (See holiday hours).
